We expect our staff to be respectful to you and we expect you to be respectful to our staff.

Abusive or threatening language or behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Anyone who attends the surgery and is abusive to the doctors, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk being removed from the practice list. ​

In extreme cases we may summon the Gardai to remove offenders from the practice premises.
